I am a PhD student amjoring in Microelectronics under the guidance of Prof. Cartwright in the well developed LASE lab. My labmates and I are working on a project related to Nanophotonics, specifically chemical sensors; Semiconductor quantum dots and Hybrid Inorganic:Organic Materials and Devices. These programs are interdisciplinary and promising. Our advisor is talented and farseeing and is able to guive us guidance to keep us on the forefront in this field.
